After reflecting on how the whole year has progressed in terms of its effectiveness and other unexpected aspects, I realized I've come out of it with three conclusions, which I'll breakdown.
Breakfast food isn't as good at breakfast time. Yeah, I said it.
I open up about my struggles with eating and give strategies on how to see if you may be struggling too.
I haven't been all that honest about my food knowledge...
I do have beef with this idea that "knowing how to cook" is primarily associated with being able to cook Western foods like pastas, breads and the multitude of desserts.
I didn't realize avocados would bring me more than being able to make some nice breakfasts for myself.
